Holiday homes, cottages, park homes and static caravans are the core of my business because it is the sector that I am most familiar with being a holiday home owner myself.
For properties withing a 10 mile radius from Penzance I charge £55 per visit which includes testing of up to 30 items, for larger properties up to 40 items I charge £65 per visit.

NON STANDARD HOLIDAY RENTALS FROM £45
Alternative self catering holiday accomodation is a growing and exciting market, but I realise that they are smaller than traditional homes with less appliances so for the yurts, shepherd huts, bell tents, converted helicopters or wherever your creativity led you I can offer lower priced PAT Testing.
Within 10 miles of Penzance I can do a full PAT Test for you for £45 up to 15 items, For larger non standard rentals my holiday home rates above apply. Properties further than 10 miles please contact me.

AIRBNBs FROM £45
Renting a room in your house? If guests have access to your electrical equipment as well as items in the rented room then PAT Testing is crucial to your guest’s welfare.
For properties withing a 10 mile radius from Penzance I charge £55 per visit which includes testing of up to 30 items. For larger multi room AirBnB with up to 40 items I charge £65 per visit. But of course if its the just the one room with up to 15 items then I will only charge £45
BED & BREAKFAST, SMALL HOTELS & BUSINESSES
Regular PAT Testing is an inexpensive way to demonstrate to your guests, employees and icustomers that you are doing all you can to ensure electrical safety.
For hotels, guest houses, bed & breakfast, small business and charity/used goods shops within 10 miles of Penzance I charge;
Up to 30 items for £55
Up to 40 items £65
Up to 50 items £75
75-100 items + £1.50 per item
100 items and over £1.25 per item
LONG TERM RENTALS & STUDENT HOMES
For landlords looking to have electrical property they provide PAT Tested before new tennants arrive I offer simple fixed price testing.
For properties withing a 10 mile radius from Penzance I charge £55 per visit which includes testing of up to 30 items. For larger properties with up to 30 items I charge £65 per visit.

ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR SMALL REPAIRS
Sometimes during the PAT Testing process it might be necessary to undertake minor repairs to ensure that an item is safe to continue using.
If I do need to do so my charges are as follows;
Replacement fuse £1.50
Replacement standard plug £3.50
Replacement heavy duty plug £4.50
All prices inclusive of VAT.
